Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery, under the following conditions:
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
• Packaging must be intact and unbroken
• The item must have been stored appropriately (away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight)
Returns will only be accepted if we are contacted in writing within this 7-day period. Please email info@vetimmune.co.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Exclusions
• Opened, used, or damaged products will not be eligible for return
• We do not accept returns of temperature-sensitive supplements that may have been exposed to improper storage conditions
• Products returned without prior approval may be refused

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping costs)
• Refunds may take up to 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider

Missed or Refused Deliveries
Orders that are not accepted at the time of delivery or returned due to failed delivery attempts are not eligible for a full refund. If the product is returned to us in unopened, resaleable condition, we may offer a partial refund (excluding shipping).
