We accept payments via:
• Stripe (credit/debit cards), Apple pay and Google Pay
• Klarna (Pay in 3, Pay Later – UK only)- in progress
All payments are securely processed. Your order will only be shipped once payment is successfully completed. Klarna’s terms and conditions apply for deferred payments.

We ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Due to the sensitive nature of the product (temperature-sensitive supplements), we currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping delays due to third-party couriers are outside our control.

We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the delivery date, but only under the following conditions:
• Product must remain unopened and unused
• Product must have been stored appropriately (not exposed to heat or sunlight)
• Temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or signs of misuse appear
You must notify us via email (info@vetimmune.co.uk) before initiating a return. Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse refunds where product integrity is compromised.
