Order Fulfilment & Delivery Terms
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Thursday.
• The cut-off time for same-week dispatch is Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon).
• Orders placed between Thursday 12:00 PM and Monday 12:00 PM will be dispatched on Monday, with expected delivery on Tuesday if Express Delivery is selected.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
• All orders are shipped using tracked and registered services. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
• While we dispatch orders promptly and work with trusted couriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address on the expected delivery date, or that clear delivery instructions are provided (e.g. safe place, leave with neighbour, etc.).
• Missed deliveries or delays resulting from absent recipients or incomplete instructions are the responsibility of the customer
